Artist's Statement:
At home, I rarely have anything approaching a formal breakfast. When traveling, however, I look forward to breakfast as the first cultural event of the day. The storied "full English Breakfast" is a favorite of mine - whether served in "dominions" (e.g., New Zealand) or in London, England. This painting reminds me of a luxurious start to a wonderful day.
